1. Services Provided

Start2Finish offers professional cleaning services, including deep cleaning, regular cleaning, and specialized cleaning packages for homes and apartments. Services provided will be based on the scope and details agreed upon during booking.

2. Booking and Payment​​

​

  • All services must be booked in advance either through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • Payment for services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.].

  • By booking a service, you authorise us to charge the specified payment method for the agreed amount.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning date to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If we are unable to access the property or cannot complete the cleaning due to issues such as pets being unsupervised, locked doors, or other obstacles, we may charge a partial fee for time lost.

4. Access to Property

  • You are responsible for providing clear access to your home or apartment at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property at the time of the appointment, you will incur a missed appointment fee.

  • If you have any specific cleaning instructions or areas that need extra attention, please inform us prior to the service.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to inform us about any specific cleaning requests or concerns prior to the service.

  • You agree to secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning service. While our team exercises care, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items left unsecured.

  • Please ensure pets are either secured or removed from the area to be cleaned for their safety and to facilitate our cleaning process.

6. Pricing

  • All prices for cleaning services are based on the details provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised price.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. However, any changes to the price for previously scheduled services will be communicated in advance.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly. We will either return to correct the issue or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Start2Finish is fully insured for public liability. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your property, but we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damages or damages that occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or old equipment, appliances, or surfaces that may be beyond normal wear and tear.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Termination of Service

  • Start2Finish reserves the right to terminate services with any client if we find that the terms of service are being violated or if the client is abusive or disruptive to staff.

11. Force Majeure

  • Start2Finish shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or pandemics.

12. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Start2Finish, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Amendments

  • Start2Finish reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all bookings made after the effective date.

14. Governing Law
